SECURITY BULLETIN


There has been a recent uptick in phishing attacks targeting financial services companies. Out of an abundance of caution, we strongly recommend that customers take steps to prevent account compromises.

Multifactor authentication is required for all Onfido dashboard access, and we are continuing to evaluate additional safeguards available to customers while enabling access for your administrators. We recommend that all customers implement SSO (see set up instructions here), use strong passwords, and review your user accounts regularly.
