At Onfido we’re committed to providing a secure, reliable, and seamless experience for you and your customers.

We wanted to inform you that we will be undertaking essential maintenance on the Onfido EU platform on 9th May between 2am-3am GMT+1 / 8th May between 9pm-10pm EDT

During this time, Onfido’s platform (including the Onfido Dashboard, API and SDK) will be unavailable and it will not be possible to submit Onfido checks or to access customer information via Onfido’s platform.

We understand that business growth is a key priority and we apologise for the inconvenience.
