On March 4th, between 13:12 UTC and 15:37 UTC, we had an internal incident that increased our manual check backlog. As a result, clients suffered degradation in their TaT for checks that required manual review.
The license of one of the software components used by our analysts to process manual reviews had expired. As a consequence, our internal documentation was not fully accessible.
