Webhook delays impacting some clients

Starting at 11:45am UTC we experienced delays sending webhook notifications to some customer endpoints, due to the expiry of a certificate present in many certificate chains.

The issue was resolved at 17:40pm UTC and all outstanding webhooks have now been successfully delivered.

We apologise for this disruption. We will be working on preventing similar issues in the future and will follow with a postmortem.
