Scheduled Maintenance - Onfido’s data partner for our Watchlist KYC report will be down for 10 minutes scheduled maintenance on the 18th of January between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm UTC. Onfido’s Watchlist Full checks will continue as normal.

During this time, Onfido’s Watchlist KYC checks will not complete and will remain in the ‘pending’ status. After the scheduled maintenance, Onfido will re-run any checks which are pending.
